Option A:  Farm pick-up.

We welcome you and your family to visit our farm and pick up your order in person.  We are open by chance or by appointment.  If you are driving any distance, it's best to call or email ahead.

Option B:  Delivery

While we welcome all of our customers to visit our farm, we realize that this is not always possible.  So we have set up a delivery program in partnership with family-owned & operated Erb Transport.

• All orders are shipped frozen.
• Deliveries will be made by Erb Transport or Erb Expedite (www.erbgroup.com), refrigerated carriers of time and temperature sensitive products OR personally by Dean or Trish Scott of Whispering Meadows Family Farm.
• We will email or call you the day before delivery.
• Our delivery costs are set at a cost-recovery rate and are for up to 250 lbs. total order weight, regardless of the number of boxes.
• Orders, including delivery fee, must be paid in full to Whispering Meadows Farm prior to shipping.

If you choose to have your beef delivered, most areas have the option of giving you either to-your-door delivery, or pickup from the Erb terminal at a reduced rate.  Some areas do not have to-the-door service.

Door-to-Door Delivery Areas & Rates:

For door-to-door deliveries, orders will be delivered on the 2^nd & 4^th Wednesdays of each month. We will email or call you the day before delivery to confirm. If you will not be home to receive your order in person, please leave a cooler with minimum inside dimensions of 13"×13"×13", and frozen freezer packs, for each BBQ Select box you ordered.
