4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

½ cup milk

½ tsp. Salt

1 lb. Lean hamburger

¼ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup chopped onions

1 egg white

1 tbsp. Ketchup

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ tsp. Pepper

1 large tomato, thinly sliced

½ tsp. Oregano

¼ cup crumbled feta

½ pkg. Chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1. Cook potatoes until tender, about 20 min. Add milk and salt and mash. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg white, ketchup, garlic and pepper. Mix well, using hands. Pat mixture over bottom and sides of 9” pie plate.
3. Layer tomato slices over beef. Sprinkle oregano over tomatoes. Spread feta over tomatoes. Top cheese with chopped spinach .
4. Spoon mashed potatoes evenly over spinach, leaving a 1” border around edges. Meat and potatoes should not touch. Smooth top.
5. Bake at 350F  for 45 minutes.
