Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped in accordance with our couriers pre-set schedule.

All orders must be in by Thursday noon in order to be ready for shipping on Monday. 

Our courier will then distribute to the appropriate area on the appropriate day 

  • Deliveries to Kingston & Ottawa - on Wednesday
  • Deliveries to GTA - on Tuesday
  • Hamilton to Niagara Falls - on Tuesday
  • Tri Cities (Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph, Kitchener) - on Tuesday
  • Deliveries North ( Bracebridge, Huntsville, Parry Sound, Barrie)- on Wednesday
  • Deliveries to London, Collingwood and surrounding area - on Thursday

The meat will be stored in freezers until time of delivery.

Email Notifications will be received prior to delivery and will be sent as soon as the driver is leaving the stop before you. The amount of time given for notification will depend on how close the prior drop is to your house. Please ensure that someone is home to receive this order and unpack the meat into a freezer immediately as we are relying on our courier's freezer van to keep everything frozen until it arrives at your door.

You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Please double check that all shipping information is correct before ordering.

 

 

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping is offered on orders of $350+ when you are in our courier's Zone 1 (specific postal codes within the GTA / Tri Cities / Hamilton / and more)

Free Shipping is offered on orders of $550+ when you are in our courier's Zone 2 (specific postal codes within the Bowmanville / Barrie / Ottawa / Kingston / Belleville / Rural Perth County / Rural Oxford County/ Niagara Falls / St. Catharines / London / St Thomas / Tillsonburg / Leamington / Beaverton / Huntsville / Collingwood / Parry Sound / Bracebridge / Gravenhurst / and more)

If your order does not show free shipping and you believe you are within one of these general areas, please feel free to reach out to us and we will verify whether or not your postal codes falls within the specific requirements.
